About the Role This role serves as the face of Pinkbox Doughnuts in the Salt Lake City market and acts as a true ambassador of the brand. The position owns local business development, community partnerships, and brand visibility, with a clear objective of driving measurable revenue growth, increased brand recognition, and long-term brand loyalty. The ideal candidate is outgoing, highly organized, deeply connected in the Salt Lake City market, and understands how to turn relationships into results. This is a highly visible, external-facing role for someone who enjoys being active in the community and proudly representing a well-known, growing brand. Key Responsibilities Business Development Own and drive catering, bulk order, and event revenue growth in the Salt Lake City market. Proactively generate new business through local outreach, networking, and relationship building. Identify and secure partnerships with schools, offices, event planners, nonprofits, and local organizations. Track, manage, and report all sales activity, leads, partnerships, and results. Community Engagement Serve as a visible brand ambassador at community events, festivals, fundraisers, and sponsorship activations. Build and maintain strong relationships with community leaders, nonprofits, and local influencers. Coordinate charitable giving, donations, and community initiatives aligned with the Pinkbox brand. Assist with capturing social media content from local events and brand activations. Consistently uphold and promote the Pinkbox brand voice, image, and values in the market. Performance Expectations This role is measured by revenue growth, quality and strength of community partnerships, repeat business, and increased brand recognition throughout the Salt Lake City market. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or community relations. Proven success building community relationships that convert into measurable business outcomes. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with a high level of professionalism. Ability to work independently while staying aligned with corporate goals and standards. Comfortable representing the brand publicly and in high-visibility settings. Must have lived in the Salt Lake City area for a minimum of 5 years. Established network and relationships within the Salt Lake City market strongly preferred. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required. Compensation Competitive compensation structure, with pay and performance-based incentives aligned to full-time or part-time status.
