The Community Relations Coordinator plays a key role in driving business growth by developing and nurturing referral partnerships, increasing brand awareness, and generating qualified client leads. This position focuses on community engagement, strategic networking, and relationship management across healthcare providers, senior living communities, and local organizations. This is a field-based and performance-driven role that requires strong interpersonal skills, initiative, and a genuine passion for serving others. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO): Business Development & Relationship Management * Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key referral sources including hospitals, home health agencies, hospice, rehab centers, assisted living communities, physicians, and senior-focused organizations * Serve as the primary point of contact for community partners and referral sources * Build and execute a weekly outreach plan to grow and nurture referral pipelines * Conduct regular in-person visits, meetings, and follow-ups with referral partners Community Engagement & Brand Building * Represent Senior Helpers at networking events, health fairs, community events, and professional meetings * Organize and participate in educational events, presentations, and “lunch & learns” * Strengthen Senior Helpers’ presence within the West Houston community * Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local campaigns and initiatives Lead Generation & Conversion * Generate qualified client leads through relationship-building and outreach efforts * Conduct initial discovery conversations with prospective clients and families * Coordinate with the office team to ensure timely client assessments and service start * Support closing of service inquiries by building trust and providing solutions Marketing & CRM Management * Maintain accurate records of all outreach activities and contacts in CRM system * Track referral sources, conversion rates, and performance metrics * Contribute ideas for innovative marketing strategies and community outreach initiatives Collaboration & Internal Alignment * Work closely with operations, scheduling, and care teams to ensure seamless client on boarding * Align outreach efforts with business goals, KPIs, and growth targets * Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities QUALIFICATIONS: * Minimum 1–3 years of solid experience in home care, healthcare, senior living, or B2B community outreach/sales * Proven ability to build relationships and generate leads through networking and outreach * Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills * Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with the ability to work independently * Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities * Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools * Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience) WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: * A people-person who thrives on building authentic relationships * Someone who understands that trust drives referrals in the senior care space * A self-starter who takes ownership and brings energy to the role * Passion for making a difference in the lives of seniors and their families Benefits: 401K Benefits Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Paid Time Off Life Insurance    Bonus structure Mileage Reimbursement Package
