• Drive occupancy through strategic outreach, networking, and sales presentations and managing social media platforms
• Manage leads and referral sources using a CRM; track and report sales activity and conversion metrics
• Host tours, events, and follow-ups to convert inquiries into move-ins
• Analyze marketing data and local trends to identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure smooth and appropriate admissions
• Build relationship with the greater community, as well as families and prospects ensuring they understand the value of living at Chuckanut Ridge!
