Job Overview: We are seeking an outstanding, dynamic, committed and results-driven Customer Relations Director to lead our sales team and drive occupancy growth on our campus at Argyle. The Community Relations Director will be responsible for developing and implementing and executing strategic sales initiatives, cultivating relationships with prospective residents and their families, and promoting our community’s unique elevated services to the wider community. This will include our brand-new Memory Care Village. This hard working and committed individual must be hungry to succeed and produce census growth.
Be comfortable with accountability, be fully transparent and a pro in communication. These qualities are essential for the continued success of our brand

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Some level of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the senior living industry or related field. Training will be provided for our unique luxury market.
  • Motivated to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire an in-house leadership team.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation skills and professional appearance are vital to this role.
  • Proficiency in CRM software is preferred but not essential. We will train you on CRM.
  • Ability to travel locally and attend evening or weekend events, tours as needed.
  • Majority of your work week will be on campus.

Responsibilities
  • Sales Leadership:
  • Execute professional and continuous outreach to new and existing prospects using CRM.
  • Regularly update on site leadership, corporate and ownership with stages of each prospect, you will attend stand up and stand down daily.
  • Drive performance, to include real time data entry, consistent follow-up calls and continuous communications with leads.
  • Understand the sales process and be able to represent and deliver with finesse, compassion and humility.
  • Motivate and inspire prospective families to commit to the next step with Teresa’s House.
  • Build, believe and confidently present the value of our brand.
  • Identify and cultivate different routes to the market alongside the Corporate Sales Director.
  • Schedule andconduct tours of the community, showcase services, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our senior living services.
  • Collaborate with on site and corporate teams to develop and implement marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotional events to drive awareness and interest in our exceptional and award-winning senior living community.
