ABOUT THE ROLE:

As the Community Relations Manager, you will serve as the face of Spa Creek Health to senior communities across the region. Your focus will be on building and nurturing relationships with executive directors, community staff, and family members to drive awareness, trust, and engagement with our services.
You’ll work closely with our clinical and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support for each community we serve.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior living communities and healthcare partners
• Coordinate with facility staff to schedule dental service days and events
• Serve as a liaison between community staff, families, and our clinical teams
• Educate communities on the benefits and process of our mobile dental services
• Support marketing and outreach efforts, including presentations and events
• Track and report community engagement activity and feedback
• Help resolve issues quickly and professionally, ensuring high satisfaction
