JOB OVERVIEW

Assess the current state of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Texas’s (RMHC CTX) efforts in utilizing community and third-party events to reach potential donors and volunteers. Create or revise policies, procedures, and documents to improve the effectiveness and sustainability of the community outreach initiative. Establish outreach systems and build partnerships with community and corporate organizations to grow donor and volunteer engagement.

• Develop and implement community outreach programs that align with organizational goals.
• Engage in public speaking opportunities to promote the organization’s mission and initiatives.
• Conduct data collection and analysis to assess the effectiveness of outreach efforts.
• Oversee volunteer management, ensuring volunteers are effectively trained and utilized.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify partnership opportunities within the community.
• Participate in strategic planning sessions to align community relations efforts with overall business objectives.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to keep them informed of community initiatives and events.
