JOB SUMMARY

WeCare365 is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Community Relationship Specialist to join our outreach and marketing team. This individual will be responsible for building strong community connections to generate qualified leads and support the growth of our Adult Foster Care (AFC) program.
The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with experience in healthcare or insurance sales, is comfortable working independently in the field, and is passionate about connecting individuals with meaningful services that enhance their quality of life.
Bilingual proficiency (Spanish and English or Portuguese and Spanish) is highly preferred.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare, group insurance sales, or community outreach preferred.
• Proven success in a customer-facing, lead generation, or outreach role.
• Strong understanding of customer service, marketing, and outreach strategies.
• Familiarity with Adult Foster Care (AFC) guidelines is a plus.
• Experience using Google Suite, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English or Portuguese/Spanish) highly preferred.
• Able to work independently while managing multiple initiatives in the field.
• Comfortable with light physical duties (e.g., lifting up to 25 lbs for outreach materials) and participating in weekend events as needed.

COMPLIANCE & REGULATORY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure timely submission of event and prospect data to internal support staff.
• Adhere to privacy, compliance, and regulatory guidelines, including EOHHS AFC standards.
• Stay informed about Adult Foster Care program policies and updates.
