Responsibilities • Serves as initial contact for Home Accessibility and Repair clients, screening for project eligibility, initiating intake and assisting clients with additional resources and assistance. • Creates clients files and maintain accurate, complete, and confidential client records for Home Accessibility and Repair and service site locations. . • Schedules and completes home visits as appropriate• Assists with check requests and billing for services as applicable. • Participates in agency outreach and community collaboration • Flexibility to respond to constantly changing situations in a courteous manner. • Serves as service site coordinator including providing community resources and referrals, facilitating services, and providing education. • Provide basic case management at service locations including maintaining directory or resources. • Serves as back up to other Aging Services Community programs as needed• Contributes to the recruitment, screening and training of volunteers• Performs additional duties as may be assigned to ensure complete service to all customers. Qualifications Education High School Diploma Qualifications/Experience Strong customer service and organizational skills with a desire to work with older adults preferred. Iowa Driver’s License required.
Responsibilities
