ABOUT THE POSITION:

McMan’s Disability Services Program is seeking to recruit a dedicated CRW 1 to support two (2) male and one (1) individual who is transgender and identifies as female with physical and developmental disabilities, mental health disorders and some complex behaviours to enrich their quality of life in their homes and communities.
Hours: Saturday and Sunday from 9 AM - 9 PM, 24 hours every weekend.
Location: Edmonton, Alberta.

· Connect with and develop helping relationships with individuals with disabilities.
· Acting as a strong advocate for individuals in the community.
· Work effectively as a team with the individual and their support team to help achieve their goals.
· Completion of daily documentation.
· Support and participate in recreation and leisure activities.
· Perform administrative and cleaning duties relating to the operation of the home.
· Participate in on-going program development.
