Description Core Competencies: Conveys ideas and facts, both verbally and in writing, using language that others will best understand; listens with undivided attention while seeking to understand Makes decisions with knowledge of facts, goals, constraints, and risks within the scope of their position, including consideration of the health and safety of all stakeholders Is accountable to fiscal guidelines, regulations, principles, and standards when committing resources Develops solution-focused and creative ideas when problem solving and working to achieve goals Takes personal responsibility for the quality and timeliness of work, is resourceful and achieves results with little oversight Adapts to changing business needs, conditions, and work responsibilities Takes a proactive approach to learning and professional development; responds positively to coaching and feedback Facilitates collaborative, professional, and productive relationships with all agency stakeholders Helps create a work environment that embraces and appreciates diversity WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH: RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Project Management/Leadership Collaboration Ability to resolve technical data discrepancies o Perform all required aspects of data collection o Reporting and data analysis o Coordinate with data analytics staff as appropriate Prepare, compose, and distribute communications related to applicable departmental needs Survey development, data compilation and reporting Perform all aspects of the Medicaid Processes, dependent upon departmental needs Assist with planning, design, coordination, and implementation of Agency related events and activities Attend meetings/facilitate training(s)/create and revise written procedures Demonstrates availability to work cooperatively with all Agency stakeholders Assist with office technology Assist with the creation and distribution of Agency publications and correspondence Front Desk coverage, when needed Assist with the organization of facilities on an as-needed basis Understand and ensure that tasks are conducted, and family information is handled in a sensitive and confidential manner in compliance with HIPAA and Agency policies Attend required meetings and trainings Support all departments assigned Perform all other tasks assigned Requirements Degree: Bachelor’s Degree required Fluency in applicable office technology and software; experience in multimedia communications a plus Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs. Maintain a valid driver’s license
