Description

The Arbor at Lake Worth is an award winning senior living community providing Independent living, assisted Living and dementia care in Lake Worth Florida. At The Arbor Company, the Residents are at the center of everything we do.
The Community Sales Director will lead local business development efforts by building strong relationships with referral partners, professionals, and community organizations. This role is focused on creating meaningful connections that drive awareness, trust, and qualified referrals to the community. You’ll represent the community at networking events, establish strategic partnerships, and proactively engage with hospitals, rehab centers, and other influencers. Your ability to generate consistent referral traffic and position the community as a trusted senior living resource will be key to achieving occupancy goals. Leads are generated through excellent market planning which blends external business development and community-based events. The Sales Representative also plays a key role in the community’s leadership team.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

  • Ability to find high-intent, well-matched leads through personalized outreach and various channels. Eager to learn about prospects, industries, and better ways to connect. Comfortable delivering compelling pitches and value propositions. Paints a picture of value through narrative, not just features.
  • Results-oriented with a strong internal motivation to hit goals. Confident in new interactions, can handle rejection and bounce back quickly. Can identify trends and adjust approach accordingly. Juggles multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.
  • Tech-Savvy & CRM Proficiency – Quick to learn new tools and consistently maintains accurate, up-to-date records in the CRM to support pipeline visibility and sales efficiency
  • Proven track record of event planning, referral source development, and successful sales process
  • Engaging verbal and written communication style

    - Proficient computer skills, experience with CRM systems
