Responsibilities

THIS ROLE IS IDEAL IF YOU’VE WORKED AS A:

  • Care Manager
  • Care Coordinator
  • Care Supervisor ready to step up
  • Field Care Supervisor / Senior Carer with leadership experience

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING (YOUR ZONE, YOUR TEAM):

  • Full rota management for your area, ensuring care staff are matched with service user needs.
  • Oversee care assessments, care reviews, care planning, and compliance checks.
  • Deal with day-to-day operational issues, respond quickly to service user and staff needs.
  • Work closely with your Community Care Officer who supports with spot checks, observations, and supervisions.
  • Be part of a supportive team of Community Service Managers, each running their own patch, under an approachable Line Manager.
  • Support the on-call rota alongside your colleagues.
