POSITION SUMMARY

Do you thrive on building partnerships, strengthening community programs, and driving positive change? KCR Community Resources is seeking a Community Services Manager to lead initiatives that promote volunteerism, enhance not-for-profit capacity, and expand community-based programming. In this leadership role, you’ll oversee Volunteer Okanagan programming, support the Crisis Line Manager, and champion Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion work both internally and externally. You’ll also play a key role in fund development, communications, and fee-for-service programming, ensuring that KCR’s services are visible, sustainable, and impactful across the Central Okanagan.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education in business, volunteer management, marketing, non-profit management, or similar field of study
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience leading service teams and overseeing various projects/programs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Expertise in strategic marketing, campaign development, and social media management
  • Strong computer skills
