Are you resilient and have a positive approach to change and challenge? We are looking for someone with a ‘can do’ attitude to join our team. As a Community Short Breaks Worker ideally you will have:

  • Ability to work on your own or as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, young people, families and other professionals.
  • Experience within disability support, childcare or family support is desirable
  • Driving license with access to vehicle (desirable but not essential).
