RCT Community Short Breaks allows children to enjoy a safe, meaningful experience and an opportunity has arisen for Community Short Breaks Workers to join our dedicated, friendly, warm and professional team.
The Community Short Breaks Project provides support to children and young people with disabilities. This includes support to access community-based activities on a 1:1 basis, small groups, activities at the community and project base.
