A BIT ABOUT THE ROLE

In the role of Community Short Breaks Worker, you’ll be delivering fun activities & encouraging friendships, fun & choice in how to spend their time, encouragement to be part of their local communities & supporting parent/carers to have break.
You will support children and young people to participate in activities and encourage and promote their practical life and social skills. As a Community Short Breaks Worker, you’ll make a difference by:
