Job Summary: The main responsibility of this position is to perform community engagement and outreach Care and Share’s Children’s Nutrition Initiative (CNI) and Mobile Market Program. Administers the annual application and selection process and acts as the main point of contact for partnering schools and school districts. Ensures program partners uphold all regulatory requirements. Duties/Responsibilities: Cultivates and maintains excellent relationships with all Children’s Nutrition Initiative (CNI) partners and Mobile Market host sites, responding quickly to issues and requests. Works with the CNI community review committee to administer the annual CNI enrollment process, including facilitating renewals, applications, selections, onboarding and information sessions. Acts as a direct support for the Nourishing School Pantry Program pilot. Works with the Programs Director and Mobile Market team to administer the annual Mobile Market enrollment process and to create a quarterly schedule. Assists with volunteer engagement for the Mobile Markets. Orders Mobile Market products using the enterprise resource planning system (ERP) or Agency Express. Ensures all CNI partners and Mobile Market host sites uphold all compliance standards. Creates a detailed visit schedule and performs regular on-site visits. Produces and maintains all required supporting documentation. Maintains communication channels between Care and Share and program partners. Regularly communicates partner feedback, activities, and initiatives to the Program Director and other internal stakeholders. Works collaboratively with Operations and Quality Assurance to ensure effective and efficient product flow. Supports the Development team with grant reports, tracking, and budgets for both programs. Maintains accurate documentation, compiles data (qualitative and quantitative), and reports numbers to stakeholders for both programs. Collaborates with the Programs Director to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement using the collected data. Regularly develops and delivers presentations to partners and community audiences to communicate organizational goals, impact, and strategic initiatives. Represents Care and Share as food system player within community groups and movements. Continually fosters and develops relationships with community members and leaders. Requirements Required Skills/Abilities: Intermediate with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Forms, Word, OneNote). Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to pivot quickly and juggle competing priorities. Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments and locations. Must be a self-starter with excellent follow through skills. Ability to work and adapt to a diverse population. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree preferred but not required At least two years of scheduling or coordinating experience. Community engagement experience preferred. Physical Requirements: Periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer mixed with periods of time standing and walking. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally and up to 25 lbs. regularly. Travel Requirements: Must possess a valid state issued driver's license and maintain a clean driving record. Access to a reliable personal vehicle for work-related travel is preferred. Must maintain personal automobile insurance that meets company minimum coverage requirements, if a personal vehicle is used for work-related travel.
