Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

You’ll own and run all organic social channels for FreeCash — from ideation and content creation to publishing, testing, and iteration. You’ll lead the charge across:

  • User acquisition: Create content that converts and attracts new users.
  • User activation: Drive engagement and product usage from existing users.
  • User retention: Keep our community coming back through sticky, relevant storytelling.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Fully own and manage FreeCash’s social presence
  • Design, produce, and publish native social content daily
  • Launch and run full-scale organic campaigns
  • Continuously analyze content data to improve performance
  • Maintain high-quality creative standards (copy tone, visual polish, pacing)
  • Repurpose user-generated content (UGC) and leverage influencer materials creatively
  • Build and lead a pipeline of creators, freelancers, editors
  • Increase revenue, sign-ups, and in-app purchases from organic social channels
  • Grow overall reach, followers, and engagement metrics across X, Facebook, Instagram, Discord, Reddit, TikTok
  • Build and nurture a loyal community around Freecash
  • Actively address and counter negative sentiment to protect brand reputation
