KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Experience in homeowner association operations preferred.
  • Must have a working knowledge of both the legal process for the community in reference to fines, assessments, liens, and the State Statutes regarding due process.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Knowledge of typical business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling, etc.) at a proficient level.
  • Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques at a proficient level.
  • Organized and efficient in work ethic.
  • Professional customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
  • Time management and time critical prioritization skills
  • Computer skills including intermediate knowledge of MS Office programs including Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Attendance at Association Annual meetings, Attendance at other meetings and community events may be required from time to time as requested by the General Manager.
  • Personal vehicle required, standard mileage reimbursement provided.
  • This is a Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm position but must also be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
    Compensation: $58,000-$61,000
