JOB DESCRIPTION: 2/25/2026 Title: Community Standards Coordinator FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Reports to: Community Standards Manager Location: Mueller, Austin Texas Summary The Community Standards Coordinator (“CSC”) for the Mueller Master Community Association promotes compliance with community standards by supporting enforcement efforts, providing resident education, and ensuring the consistent application of governing policies and procedures. This role helps preserve the quality and integrity of the community through proactive communication, inspections, compliance tracking, and resolution of violations, while serving as a primary point of contact for community standards matters. The CSC provides clear guidance to property owners and stakeholders, fosters understanding of community expectations, and manages administrative and operational responsibilities related to compliance activities. This position requires strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and consistent follow-through to support the overall effectiveness of the Community Life Team and promote positive community relationships. Scope Interpret governing documents, architectural guidelines, and community standards to assess compliance and provide clear guidance to property owners. Conduct community-wide compliance inspections and prepare all related correspondence in accordance with governing documents and established procedures. Track, monitor, and maintain accurate records of community standards activity and compliance documentation. Manage third-party community standards and enforcement systems to support consistent and efficient operations. Ensure the integrity and organization of all association records and documentation. Support the Design Review process by receiving applications and communicating requirements, guidelines, and procedures to property owners and contractors. Administer records management through property transfer systems (Homewisedocs.com), including coordination of Covenants, Conditions, and Compliance Inspections (CCI) for property re-sales. Respond to transfer and disclosure inquiries and coordinate with the Accounting Team on re-sales, builder sales, and related documentation. Coordinate community standards outreach, workshops, and educational initiatives to build awareness of community vision, design expectations, and architectural standards. Manage Community Concern Forms related to community standards, including tracking, coordination with contractors, stakeholder follow-up, and documentation. Serve as a professional and responsive point of contact for community standards matters. Attend meetings and events, including occasional evening or after-hours commitments. Collaborate with the broader Cohere team to identify best practices, improve processes, and support operational efficiency. Perform other duties as assigned. Experience with community associations, governance, or master-planned communities preferred (minimum one year preferred). Bachelor’s or Associate degree in a related field preferred. Experience coordinating meetings and working with committees, volunteers, or stakeholder groups required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with social media platforms required. Work Environment and Physical Demands Flexible schedule including occasional evenings and weekends. Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and reliable transportation required.
