With strong communication skills, you build trusting relationships and support clients to maintain their independence and achieve their personal goals. * Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care, Home and Community, or Disability) or equivalent * A current driver’s licence and access to a fully insured (comprehensive), registered vehicle for travel between client homes * Willingness to obtain - First Aid, CPR & Police check * Genuine respect for the dignity and independence of older people * Strong verbal communication and the ability to work autonomously in a community setting * Availability across a flexible casual roster, including some early mornings Why VMCH?
