Title: Community Support Associate Location: Floyd County Homeless Shelter Employment Type: Part-Time Credentials: High School Diploma or GED and one (1) year of full-time experience working with individuals who receive services for treatment of a mental health disorder or co-occurring disorder. Special Skills/Knowledge Required: Basic computer operations (Microsoft Office programs, email, internet, etc.). Primary functions: Provide billable CSA services as identified in client’s treatment plan and accurately submit service notes in a timely manner. Provide assigned shift coverage at the Floyd Shelter. Answering the telephone to provide or receive information related to the program. Report incidents or concerns related to the Floyd County Homeless Shelter Program directly to administrative supervisor in a timely manner. Shift/Days and Work Hours: Shift hours may be open for negotiation; depending on availability and program needs.
