Title: Community Support Associate Location: Knott County Sapling Center. Hindman, KY Employment Type: Regular Full-Time Credentials: High School Diploma/GED; experience working with youth ages 14 – 25. Special Skills/Knowledge Required: Ability to utilize an electronic medical record, effective interpersonal skills, one (1) year of full-time experience working with individuals who receive services for treatment of a mental health disorder or co-occurring disorder Primary Functions: Provide individual and group sessions Teaching emotion regulation skills, crisis coping skills, independent living skills, and other skills as needed/identified. Educate clients on community resources and how to access them. Complete billing per agency. Completes needed requests, ordering supplies for the center, and completes grocery shopping. Drives transportation van.
