As a community support coach working in our Day Program you will support adult clients in their pursuit of maximal independence, growth, and fulfillment. Job Summary: We will train you to perform all necessary duties when working with students. -Deliver one-to-one and small group instruction to adults while using the community as their classroom. -Facilitate participation in social, recreational and leisure activities -Help individuals maximize their potential and connect with their community -Collect data to measure individual progress -Work collaboratively with a team to help individuals achieve meaningful outcomes and improve their quality of life Excellent Benefits!
