Our support coaches work side by side with individuals with intellectual, physical, or mental disabilities, ensuring they can participate in all they want to do. This includes exercising, visiting museums, community centers, playing nerf wars in the park or community events. We encourage individuals to live their most fulling and active life. Staff for this position needs to be able to focus on individual's needs, encourage the individuals to be active, give praise for a job well done, and advocate for the individuals to live their best life possible.
