QUALIFICATIONS:

• A degree-level qualification in a relevant discipline.

OR

• At least six years’ relevant experience (as detailed below) in place of a formal qualification.

AT LEAST THREE YEARS’ EXPERIENCE MANAGING COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT OR GOOD RELATIONS PROGRAMMES IN AT LEAST THREE OF THE FOLLOWING AREAS:

• Supervising staff and/or volunteers.
• Working with a range of stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
• Policy assessment and development.
• Managing a budget.
• Delivering a community event.
