Our REACH Team is looking for our next Community Support Professional to serve our community in the Far Southwest area! The Community Support Professional provides direct intensive community crisis stabilization and prevention support to individuals diagnosed with behavioral health diagnoses served by the REACH program. Also assists with the development of and staff training in individualized behavior support plans. Works as part of the REACH team to ensure services and resources are coordinated among providers as needed to help individuals served live and participate optimally in the community. Apply today and join our growing and dynamic team! ***$2,500 Sign on Bonus*** Starting Salary: $48,750-Depending on Experience Education/Experience Required: Graduation from an accredited college or university with at least a Bachelor's Degree in special education, social work, psychology, or approved human services related field is preferred. Current registration with the Virginia Board of Counseling as a QMHP-A and/or QMHP-C is required. Additional compensation will be considered for any new employees who speak multiple languages.
