As a provider of care for people of all ages who have mental and/or community health needs we are dedicated to providing a high quality service, close to where people live and as much as possible tailored to an individual’s needs.
We are looking to recruit a part time support worker into our Community Mental Health team based in Keighley.
As a Trust we are dedicated to supporting recovery and we are looking for someone able to work within our multi disciplinary community mental health team to support and encourage others as they work towards recovery from a range of severe and complex mental health issues.
The successful applicant must be a a car driver and will have access to relevant training to help to work confidently to support others as well as all mandatory training required for the post.
As a member of multi-agency team, under direct and indirect supervision, to assist qualified Health and Social Care staff. Will assist with assessment, provision and evaluation of care and treatment to difficult to engage patients suffering from severe mental health problems in a community setting.
To undertake a range of delegated duties including: assisting in offering practical advice, support and guidance to clients, carers and their families, as appropriate to their situation, as part of an agreed care plan under the direction of one or more team members.
