YOUR CAPABILITIES:

· Diploma or degree in a related field at least six months experience working with people with disabilities or other barriers to community inclusion (equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered).
· Valid First-Aid/CPR Certification
· Approved Criminal Record Check.
· Valid Class 4 BC Driver’s License and a clean driving record or Class 5 and willingness to obtain Class 4.
· Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion.
· Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels of an organization.
· Reliable problem solving, critical thinking and communication skills.
