RAAFA Home Care is the in-home support division of RAAFA, specialising in quality care for individuals with Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) and Veterans Home Care (VHC) eligibility, as well as private services, Home Care Packages and Commonwealth Home Support. As a Community Support Worker for RAAFA Home Care you will be expected to adhere to RAAFA's quality of service in Cannington Area and West of Perth (Freemantle, Claremont, Floreat, Trigg Areas) and surrounding areas.

About the role:

  • A rewarding role working with clients across the West of Perth & Cannington Region region;
  • Support Clients to remain living at home;
  • Assist with client's personal care;
  • Assist clients with the management of their medication;
  • Assist in the preparation of meals for the clients;
  • Provide support to clients by assisting with shopping;
  • Support the clients socially and domestically while creating a positive rapport;
  • Encourage and promote the independence and freedom of choice of clients.
