We are looking for a worker who has an excellent values base, and has previous experience of working professionally in a caring role.

You would carry a caseload of clients with complex mental health needs in the community who you work with on a 1:1 basis, this may include but is not limited to:

• Build Relationships
• Assessment and Goal Planning/ Personal Pathways
• Person Centred Support Planning
• Risk Management
• Outcome Focused support
• Advice and Guidance
• Referral and Signposting to other avenues of support
• 1:1 Community work with Flexible caseload.

You will be supported by Senior Staff to carry out this role with regular supervision sessions. Working hours are Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm and excludes bank holidays.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: £12.60 per hour
