Pay: £19,000 - £21,000

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Community Teaching Assistant, you’ll work 1:1 with students who have transitioned out of mainstream education, guiding them on their unique educational journeys. Your mission: to create a nurturing and enjoyable learning environment tailored to each child’s individual needs. Collaborate closely with a dedicated team of educators and tutors to plan and support these students’ educational development.

Before you start, you’ll undergo a comprehensive week-long induction to ensure you’re fully prepared for the role. This includes:

  • Office-Based Learning: Spend time with our HR and Senior Leadership team to get acquainted with our processes and policies.
  • Shadowing: Two full days of shadowing a Senior Member of Staff in your local area to see firsthand how we operate and to learn on the job
