Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Community Village Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Temporary Housing Brunswick Heads Pod Village. This role will focus on the management of resident occupancy in line with the Occupation Agreement, acting on behalf of the NSW Reconstruction Authority, and engaging with Homes NSW and other local housing providers.
The successful candidate will ensure the smooth operation of allocated pods, maintain strong resident relationships, and provide effective support in connecting occupants with relevant services, while upholding Uniting’s values and commitment to community wellbeing.
