You have Experience managing housing or care services and large contracts Strong people skills to lead, motivate and support colleagues Knowledge of housing law, safeguarding and support services Confidence using IT and analysing service performance A passion for promoting independence and inclusion Stronger together We do our best work when we're ourselves.
