Help maintain the Community Worker tracking sheet. Ensure it is accurate and up to date. Track any paperwork that is turned in and update the spreadsheet as needed. Help to create monthly Due Sheets for community workers. In conjunction with the other Community Work Administrative Assistant, oversee the Quality Assurance (QA) of all Community Worker documentation. This documentation includes, but is not limited to: weekly progress notes, treatment plans and reviews. In conjunction with the other Community Work Administrative Assistant, compile the weekly hour report for community services for the Administrative meeting. Participate in the QA process of community workers documentation. Documentation may include: weekly progress notes, treatment plans and reviews. Train any new employee joining the QA team. Assist Community Work Program Director with assigning workers to clients as requested, and help maintain the community services waitlist. Assist with problem solving with community workers any lost hours. With your assigned Community Work Program Director, interview and hire potential applicants to fill Team Leader, Skills Building, Case Management, Peer Support, Family Support and/or Youth Support openings. Provide applicable training for new hires and additional training for current employees as needed. Trainings may include: notes training, treatment planning training, review training, resources available, etc. Process all community worker discharges according to Policies & Procedures. Help to establish Community Work Program goals and assist in achieving those goals. Help to create a safe environment for community workers to seek assistance and support. Assist your assigned Community Work Program Director with any requested Employee Discussions and/or Corrective Action Plans. Be able to answer questions and help problem solve issues related to billing and insurance. Collaborate with Program Directors and other Administrative Assistants to improve the Community Work Program. Assist with addressing any client/guardian concerns. Report client abuse as needed according to Policy and Procedure #320. Communicate pertinent treatment information to client, family, multidisciplinary team, and supervisor(s). Any other tasks as assigned Attend weekly community work meetings as assigned and take meeting minutes. Attend Company Wide meetings Attend any other meetings as assigned
