Our practitioners are mindful of trauma informed practices, working within a strength-based context with holistic principles to build individual capacity, resilience, and well-being. About the role: You will be a values-driven individual who is passionate about delivering case work to support community members to meet their goals through community partnerships, collaboration. This is a casual role. This role is located in Raymond Terrace NSW. Salary and conditions are in accordance with the SCHADS Level 3 Award. You will successfully: Manage the Christmas Cheer Response in the local area. Provide a point of connection with the local PR team and Corps. Encourage, motivate, and assist Corps and Community Members to participate in the social and physical activities within the program. Manage all volunteers and staff based in the Christmas Cheer Program Apply asset-based community development (ABCD) strategies to implement community initiatives. work in partnership with the local community to support neighbourhood and family Develop networks, to facilitate local participation and access to facilities and services You will have: CERT IV - Community Services Driver licence Experience in establishing and developing collaborative networks and partnerships with internal partners and external organisations A current and valid Working with Children’s Check. A willingness to undergo a National Police Check.
