We’re looking for a compassionate and confident Weekend Team Leader (approx 10 -15 hours) to help deliver outstanding care and support to people in their own homes while guiding and mentoring our amazing care team. There is the option to pick up extra hours during the week.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Hands on care delivery
  • Experience in a senior care role (domiciliary care preferred)
  • NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care – or willingness to work towards it
  • Brilliant communication and leadership skills
  • A kind and can-do attitude, even when it gets busy!
  • A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle
  • Flexibility to work evenings and alternative weekends
  • Familiarity with IT systems for record-keeping and reporting.

* On Call payment is £100 for full day Satuday and £100 for full day Sunday. If the day is split then the payment is halved.

Responsibilities
  • Delivering hands-on personal care and medication support when needed
  • Leading, coaching, and developing a team of care workers in your area
  • Carrying out quality checks, spot visits, and care reviews
  • Supporting new clients through ‘meet and greet’ visits and initial assessments
  • Building strong working relationships with families, professionals, and your team
  • Promoting best practice and ensuring compliance with CQC and company standards
  • A separate payment is made for on-call at the weekend *(£200)
