POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Companion Care Workers to join our care team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care that supports clients to maintain their independence and wellbeing in their own homes.

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Assist with light domestic duties such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
• Support clients with medication reminders and general health monitoring
• Escort clients to appointments, shopping, and community activities as required
• Report changes in client condition to care coordinators or registered nurses
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold privacy and confidentiality standards
• Follow care plans and ensure safe manual handling practices at all times
