We’re looking for a Companionship and Activity Host to join our Dorchester team. Based out of your own home, you’ll provide meaningful, person-centred care and attention for up to four older people keen to be sociable and find companionship. Your compassionate work will provide a welcoming environment for our clients, person led activities and a delicious lunch.

· Care for a maximum of 4 older clients in your own home on hosting days.
· Collect and return to your clients at the start and end of the day.
· Offer a nutritious, home-cooked hot lunch and refreshments throughout the day.
· Provide a safe and engaging environment to help support our clients wellbeing.
· Be prepared to assist with personal care and administer medication if required.
· Create meaningful interactions that stimulate mental and social engagement.
