JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Company Accountant to join ADHD360’s Finance Team to oversee day-to-day financial operations and ensure accurate, timely, and compliant delivery of accounting processes and information to PLC standards. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams, including the Human Resources and Operations teams, as well as external stakeholders and advisers. A keen focus on compliance with to UK employment laws, tax regulations, and internal policies and procedures will be key. This is a hybrid role requiring both in-office and remote work.

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead month-end close processes, including preparation and posting of accruals and prepayments
  • Prepare monthly management accounts and KPI packs with commentary
  • Produce routine and ad hoc reports for inter alia the Executive Leadership Team
  • Manage and update cashflow forecasts to facilitate robust financial planning
  • Perform regular balance sheet reconciliations and other key control procedures
  • Maintain and enhance internal controls and supporting documentation including a Finance Manual
  • Support forecasting, budgeting, and external audit processes
  • Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to support business decision-making
  • Assist with system integration and process improvements
  • Support the Head of Finance and the CFO, working with Human Resources, Accounts Receivable, Purchase Ledger and Payroll and Benefits teams
  • Manage tax filings and assist with external audits
