• Monthly Directors Pack for activity
• Monthly Management Accounts for MD & CEO
• Monthly HMRC Payments & Reports
• Quarterly VAT Returns
• Quarterly Management Accounts to Bank
• Preparing Annual Budget
• Daily bank recs
• Frequent reporting to MD on changes
• Weekly cashflow
• Managing payroll
