Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting & Accounting Maintain full set of accounts across multiple entities Prepare and review monthly management accounts for holding entities and ensure timely month-end closing Review monthly financial results for operating entities, identifying discrepancies and areas for improvement Prepare ad-hoc consolidated financial statements (SOFP, SOPL, SOCF) at the group level Maintain and update key accounting schedules, including lease liabilities, fixed assets, and right-of-use assets Audit & Compliance Lead the annual audit process across multiple entities, including preparation of audit schedules and supporting documentation Liaise with external auditors to address queries and ensure timely completion of audits Ensure financial records and reporting are compliant with SFRS and internal standards Review tax computations and submissions prepared by external tax agents Finance Operations Perform regular bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of cash balances Manage operational finance processes, including referral payout tracking and processing Support payment cycles and ensure proper documentation and controls are in place Corporate Governance & Secretarial Coordination Maintain and update the company’s share capital table Liaise with Corporate Secretary on statutory filings, document preparation, and execution Coordinate with shareholders and corporate representatives on matters relating to document signing and dividend distributions Support updates to corporate structures, including SPVs and entity changes Process Improvement & Cross-Functional Support Identify and implement improvements to finance processes and workflows Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient and practical documentation processes Support ad-hoc finance, operational, and administrative matters as required Key Requirements Degree in Accounting/Finance with 2-3 years of experience in full-set accounting, preferably across multiple entities Strong knowledge of SFRS, financial reporting, and group consolidation (SOFP, SOPL, SOCF) Proven experience managing audits, liaising with auditors, and handling compliance/tax coordination Proficient in Excel and accounting systems, with strong attention to detail and analytical skills Able to manage multiple deadlines independently while maintaining accuracy and strong internal controls Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
