Job Title – Government Apprentice / Company Apprentice / Diploma Engineering Trainee Are you the one? Requirements 0-1 years of experience working in Production, Line assembly, Quality Basic knowledge and experience of Manufacturing / Operational process Good interpersonal and communication skills Excellent time management skills Ability to multitask Knowledge of health and safety regulations Knowledge in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools is an added advantage Business understanding about his specific area (also based on the economical evaluations) Ability to provide feedback both orally and in writing Basic knowledge in operation, production (lean manufacturing and 5 S principles), quality (Six sigma), logistics and supply chain management Good problem-solving skills and strong process discipline Core Competencies: • Ensures Accountability • Action Oriented • Courage • Manages Complexity • Decision Quality Performance Measures: Safety IIFR Lost time due to injury Timely reporting of safety measures Safety audits, 5S targets Quality & environment Feedbacks from next process phases (EFR, FYCOR) FPY of own production processes Rework/production scraps reduction Environmental targets Time Complete on Time (COT) Schedule adherence Reaction time for feedback orders Cost Volume per shift à productivity and efficiency Optimize direct working hours à reduction of indirect hours with the best use of the resources Ideas and suggestions in own area (IMS and PDCA) What do we offer?
