We are a start-up Employment Agency currently in process of applying for an Employment Agency License from MOM, and we are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial person to join us as our Company Director, so as to assist us in growing our company.

The requirements for this position will be as follow:

• at least 10 years of previous working experience as an employment agent
• possesses a good network of Hiring Companies in Singapore (and other countries) that can become our company’s clients
• familiar with other agents in Singapore (or other countries) that can partner us in recruiting workers, employees and other talents, for placement with our clients
• must possess successful track record of securing clients and placing candidates with the clients.

The responsibilities of this position will be as follow:

• to secure Hiring Companies as our clients
• to build partnerships will other agents for the recruitment of workers, employees and other talents, for placement with our clients
• to oversee the P&L of the company and to ensure that the company becomes and remains profitable.

Our renuermation will be an attractive salary, in the form of a base salary, plus a commission of 10% to 20% on all revenue generated.
