JOB DESCRIPTION:

Telecore Mobile Trading DWC-LLC, based in Dubai South Free Zone, is looking for a reliable and responsible Company Driver (VAN) to join our team. The primary role will be to ensure safe and timely transportation of office staff to and from the workplace, while also assisting with day-to-day operational tasks.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid UAE driving license.
• Good knowledge of Dubai roads and traffic rules.
• Punctual, trustworthy, and well-presented.
• Basic communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus).

• Safely drive company staff to and from designated locations.
• Maintain the company van in clean and good working condition.
• Follow traffic laws, regulations, and company driving policies.
• Perform basic vehicle checks (fuel, oil, tires, etc.) and report maintenance needs.
• Plan routes to ensure timely pick-up and drop-off.
• Assist staff with luggage or packages when required.
• Support office operations by handling day-to-day tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
• Assist in checking mobile phones, maintaining inventory, and other office duties.
• Maintain accurate driving records and mileage logs.
• Checking mobile phones for quality, functionality, and condition.
• Recording, organizing, and maintaining inventory of mobile devices and accessories.
• Assisting with packaging, stock arrangement, and labeling.
• Helping the office team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks as directed by the supervisor.
• Maintain accurate driving records and mileage logs.
