We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Corporate Services Executive – UAE Operations to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in client coordination, company formation processes, PRO support, and visa follow-up services. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, preferably within UAE-based company formation or PRO services.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE company setup procedures, visa processing, and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple client interactions and follow-ups professionally.
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic administrative tools.
  • Good command over English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
