Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team.
We are specifically looking for females who can fluently speak English and ideally other languages too like Russian, French, Spanish etc.
You will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities, guiding clients through the business setup process, and building long-term client relationships.
Ideally looking for a female with prior experience in corporate services companies with a background in business setup and value added service. Ability to speak multiple languages is a huge plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify leads through various channels (calls, emails, networking, referrals)
  • Conduct consultations with prospective clients to understand their needs and propose suitable business setup solutions
  • Explain the UAE business setup process, including licensing options, visa requirements, and banking procedures
  • Prepare and send proposals and follow up regularly to close deals
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM system (Zoho CRM)
  • Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Build and maintain relationships with referral partners and potential corporate clients
  • Stay updated on changes in UAE business regulations and market trends

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in business setup, corporate services, or real estate
  • Strong knowledge of UAE free zones and mainland company formation processes is a plus
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English (Arabic, Urdu, Russian or other languages are a plus)
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Proficient in using CRM tools (experience with Zoho CRM is a plus)
  • Have a network of channel partners is a big plus
