Job Summary We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Uranium Geologist to join a well capitalised TSXV listed uranium exploration company and lead our Northern Canada technical operations. The ideal candidate will take charge of our exciting exploration opportunity at the company’s flagship Project, which features one of the largest uranium land packages in Canada. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to transition from big company or consulting work to leading exploration on one of Canada’s most promising uranium projects, with potential for rapid advancement to VP Exploration.

SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Geology (required)
  • Solid understanding of uranium basin geology, specifically stratabound and unconformity-style deposits
  • Proficiency in Leapfrog or Micromine geological modeling software
  • Experience with ArcGIS or QGIS
  • Proven experience designing and managing exploration and drill programs
  • Strong technical writing skills for news releases and corporate materials
  • Ability to create detailed geological cross-sections and technical drawings
  • Experience with ISR (In-Situ Recovery) deposits preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects
  • Strong communication skills for consultant and stakeholder liaison

Responsibilities
  • Lead technical oversight of the large land package containing a historic uranium deposit and many uranium exploration targets prospective for a range of uranium deposit models
  • Review and build upon existing geological data compilation and models generated by consultants
  • Design and manage exploration programs including the planned 10,000m drilling campaign for 2026
  • Create and build on geological models for existing deposit and satellite targets using historical drilling data
  • Serve as primary liaison between external consultants and management
  • Draft technical content for news releases and assist with corporate presentation materials including preparing geological cross-sections and maps
  • Collaborate with management team on strategic exploration planning and decision-making
  • Potentially build and manage a small technical team as the company expands
  • Travel occasionally to site for field oversight (primarily desktop-based role with remote work flexibility)
