Description
Management Duties ▪Represent the company in governmental entities, companies, customs clearance agencies and other business bodies. ▪Managing office staff and supervising their timely attendance, giving them works & duties, and following up on those work that need to be done on a proper and timely basis. ▪Supervising the company’s financial affairs, M-pesa account, daily expenses, timely payments of rents, bills, etc., and renewing the company’s licenses, office contract, and any other documents. ▪Supervise all sales, shipping and delivery of products sold, and resolve any problem and issue arising in this regard. ▪Preparing a monthly sales report, providing suggestions and solutions to overcome challenges, achieve the desired results and targeted sales, and presenting them to the leadership. ▪Managing customs clearance of new arrived products, Inventory of them and reporting to the leadership of the supply of products when inventory is low. ▪Any tasks assigned to him by the company’s leadership. Marketing Duties ▪Develop marketing strategies, policies and plans on a quarterly, semi-annual and annual basis, and supervising implementation of them. ▪Developing the business by finding new clients, meeting with them, and signing contract with them. ▪Supervising the customer service & customer relations, managing public relations and problem solution. ▪Leading and managing the sales team, give them directions, following up their works and achievements. ▪Managing the social media and digital marketing team, gives them tasks, provide them guidance and supervise their duties and activities. ▪Any tasks assigned to him by the company’s leadership. Requirements Education At least bachelor's degree in management, business administration, finance and similar fields. Master's degree is plus point. Experience At least 8 years of experience in business management, including 5 years in cosmetics management.
Responsibilities
The Company Manager will represent the company in various business dealings and manage office staff, financial affairs, and product delivery. Additionally, they will develop and implement marketing strategies and oversee customer relations.
