Job Summary: We are currently seeking a highly qualified Company Nurse to join our team in Quezon City. The Company Nurse will be responsible for promoting and maintaining the health and safety of our employees by providing efficient and effective occupational health services. Key Responsibilities: - Provide first aid treatment and emergency care to employees in case of accidents or injuries - Monitor and maintain employee health records and ensure confidentiality - Conduct health assessments and screenings to identify potential health risks in the workplace - Develop and implement health and safety programs to promote a safe and healthy work environment - Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards - Provide education and training to employees on health and safety topics - Coordinate with external medical providers for specialized treatments or consultations - Maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment - Assist in the development and implementation of a disaster and emergency response plan Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Nursing and a valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse - At least 1 year of experience as an Occupational Health Nurse in a corporate setting - Knowledge of occupational health and safety standards and regulations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications - Willing to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays if needed - Must be willing to do field work
